Arrival & Check-in

Transfer from the airport (Ngurah Rai International Airport, DPS) to the Villa takes about 30 minutes by car.

Transfer to the Villa

Transfer service to the Villa is available for an additional fee. The fee is payable at the Villa.

Airport pick up

IDR 400 000 (max. 4 pax)
An English speaking driver will be standing by at the airport arrival hall. The driver will be holding a signboard with your name on it. If you would like to book the pick up service please let us know your flight number when you find out. Booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Airport taxi

Airport taxis can be found at the arrival hall. The fare is paid at the airport. Please beware of illegal transport providers.

Parking

Parking space is available at the Villa. Parking slots are limited. Please contact us for availability in advance.

Check-in time

Check-in time is any time after 15:00
If you should arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the front office until the Villa is ready.

Copy of Passport or ID

Local regulation requires a copy of each guest's passport or ID to be taken.

Payment

If you made a booking with direct payment at the Villa the outstanding balance will be charged at check-in.

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, Amex), Debit cards and Cash (only Indonesian Rupiahs) are accepted. Money changers are available along the main street in Sanur.

Our staff will be welcoming you at the front office. Once we take a copy of your passport or ID, we will hand you the Villa keys and take you through a short tour about the Villa.

Check-out time

Check-out time is any time before 12:00 (noon)
If you have time until your departure you can leave your luggage in the front office.

Check-out procedure

Please return all Villa keys to the front office. Any items rented from the front office should be returned to the front office. Any outstanding fees will be processed at the front office on check-out.

Late check-out

Late check-out is possible depending on the availability of the Villa for an additional fee (50% of nightly rate).
