Kubu Gajah staff are available at the front office between 8:00 ~ 22:00

Use the intercom in the Villa and dial 9901 or call us from the entrance gate by pressing the button next to the name “Tjokorda”

• Check-in is anytime after 15:00
• Check-out by 12:00 (noon)
• No smoking inside the rooms
• No pets are allowed
• Loud music, parties or events are prohibited
• Please respect neighbors and keep noise down after 22:00
• Please turn off the A/C units when you leave for the day
• Keep any valuables in safety box, personal belongings and safety are your responsibility
• Follow fire safety precautions
• Any damages/breakages/spills/stains incurred by guests during their stay will be charged to the guest for full replacement or cleaning
• No property belonging to the villa to be removed from the premises
• No fireworks and firecrackers within the property
• No drugs and other illegal activities are allowed

When leaving the Villa please turn off the air conditioning. Also make sure gas, water and electrical equipment are turned off. Lock the safety box, rooms and Villa entrance.

The Villa is cleaned on a daily basis. Cleaning includes:

• Making beds
• Changing linens every few days
• Changing towels
• Kitchen and toilet cleaning
• Garbage removal
• Replenishment of water, coffee, tea, snacks etc.
• Pool cleaning
• Gardening

Cleaning usually completes within an hour and is provided between 9:00 ~ 15:00.

If you do not wish the Villa to be cleaned, please let us know. To maintain the pool water quality the pool must be cleaned on a regular basis.

Laundry service is available at a cost of IDR 30 000 per kilogram and completes within 48 hours.

Wake up calls are not provided but you can use alarm clocks available in the Villa.

The pool is cleaned on a regular basis once or twice a week.

• Use the swimming pool on your own responsibility
• Keep children under constant supervision
• Pool fences can be organized if requested in advance for an additional fee
• Please take a shower before using the swimming pool
• Please wash off sand if you are coming from the beach before using the swimming pool
• To prevent any accidents do not go into the house while still being wet
• Please do not use the indoor furniture if you are wet
• Please do not wash any clothes in the pool
• We are not responsible for hair color changes caused by swimming pool usage

It takes 40 minutes to fill the Whirlpool (only applies to Villas with a Whirlpool).

Manuals for household appliances can be found in a folder in your Villa.

The Villa is located in a secure gated complex. You will receive 3 keys on arrival:

• A key card for the main gate
• A key for the Villa entrance door
• A key for the room

When leaving the Villa you are advised to lock all rooms and the Villa entrance door. Please keep your valuables in the safety box.

The main gate will be closed during night time. Please close the main gate when leaving or entering the Villa compound at night.

Flashlights are available for use and can be taken outside the Villa.

On your arrival the safety box is set up with a default password: 1234A

To change the password:

• Unlock the safety box by using the password 1234A
• Open the safety box by turning the knob clockwise
• Press the reset button on the inside of the door (hidden on the side of the door)
• An orange light will indicate you can program your new password
• While the front side shows the orange light enter your password (4-6 digits)
• Press A or B
• Once your safety box has been programmed, close the safety box and turn the knob anti-clockwise
• To open your safety box enter your password followed by the A or B button and turn the knob clockwise

Remote Controls

2 remote controls are available in the Villa to operate the:

• TV
• Satellite set top box

Satellite TV

International and local programs are available on input HDMI 1, 2 or 3. Please make sure the satellite TV set top box is switched on. To switch channels use the remote control for the satellite TV set top box. Please check the channel guide for available programs.

Netflix

To watch Netflix push the Netflix button on the TV remote control. You may also use your own Netflix account.

YouTube

To watch YouTube press the Home button on the TV remote control. You will find the YouTube icon in the list of applications.

DVD player

DVD player is available on request.

Bluetooth Speaker

Bluetooth speaker is available on request.

The TV is reset after your check-out but we still recommend signing off from Netflix, YouTube and other services if you used your own account.

Voltage and Socket

The voltage in Indonesia is 230V. The power socket is of type C. Please do not use any electric appliances if you are not sure it is compatible with 230V. We are not responsible for any damage incurred by incorrect use of your devices.

Universal Sockets & Adapters

Universal sockets are installed in the bathrooms. Additional universal adapters are available on request.

USB adapter

USB adapter is available for rent on request.

Please put all the garbage in designated containers and keep the ground clear of litter. Your trash bin will be emptied during cleanup. If you do not wish to be disturbed, you can place your trash bins in front of the Villa entrance or contact our staff.

Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. You may smoke in the garden, but please make sure smoke does not enter the rooms.

Living spaces in Bali are open and you may encounter Insects, Bugs & Animals.

Ants

Do not leave food uncovered as it may attract ants.

Lizards and Geckos

Lizards and Geckos are very common in Bali. They prey on other insects and are your good friends.

Mosquitos

There are no recent reports of Malaria in Bali, but some cases of Dengue Fever. Please protect yourself with a mosquito repellent.

Frogs

Frogs become active during the rainy season and may be spotted in the garden area.

Bats

Bats can be spotted in the evening. Some might drop a fruit into your pool.
