Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy

  • 100% refund — at least 14 days before check-in and within 48 hours of booking
  • 50% refund — at least 7 days before check-in
  • 0% refund — less than 7 days before check-in (or early departure)

A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been paid.

Payment-processor and agency/commission fees are non-refundable.

This policy applies to direct bookings made with Kubu Gajah Villas.
