The things guests ask us most often. If your question is not here, just ask — we usually reply within a day.
Villa Baris, Villa Barong and Villa Joged are one-bedroom villas for two guests. Villa Kecak, Villa Legong and Villa Janger are two-bedroom villas with three beds and two bathrooms, for four guests.
Yes — just let us know before you arrive and we will set the room up the way you want it.
Message us before booking and we will tell you honestly whether it works for the villa you have in mind. A young child sharing with parents is usually fine; a fifth adult in a two-bedroom villa is not.
Each villa page shows the full layout in photographs, and states whether there are stairs. In Legong and Kecak the master bedroom is upstairs and the second is on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom. Janger's two bedrooms are both on the ground floor. The one-bedroom villas — Barong, Baris and Joged — have their bedroom on the ground floor too.
No villa overlooks another, and none of them faces a street. Each one is walled and screened with planting on every side, so the pool and garden are not overlooked — you can swim and eat outdoors without being seen.
Yes. The villas sit together on a lane in a residential part of central Sanur, with no road frontage and no through traffic. You are a few minutes' walk from the beach and the restaurants without being on a main road.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon.
Yes. Bring your luggage over whenever you land and we will keep it safe while you go and enjoy Sanur.
Not at all. Tell us your flight number and someone will be waiting for you, however late it is.
Usually yes, if nobody is arriving the same day. A late check-out is charged at 50% of the nightly rate.
A passport or ID for each guest, which Indonesian regulations require us to record.
Everything you would expect to be metered elsewhere: wifi, electricity, gas and water, plus daily housekeeping and pool cleaning. There is no cleaning fee and no security deposit.
For a direct booking, 50% confirms the reservation and the balance is due at check-in. We accept cards and cash in Indonesian Rupiah.
One night for most villas. Villa Janger has a two-night minimum.
For a direct booking: a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in; 50% if you cancel at least 7 full days before check-in; after that we cannot refund. The full terms are on our cancellation policy page.
No — a booking made through Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia follows that platform's own cancellation policy, and any change has to go through them.
Yes. It is IDR 400,000 for up to 4 passengers, and we need 24 hours' notice. Ngurah Rai airport is about 30 minutes away.
About five minutes on foot — roughly 400 metres. The beach promenade runs eight kilometres along the coast.
The bicycles are free to use and most of Sanur is flat and walkable. We can also arrange a scooter or a car with a driver.
Yes, both are available on request — ask when you book so we can have them in the villa before you arrive.
The pools are private to each villa and are not fenced as standard. They are 120–150cm deep — no shallow end a small child can stand in. A pool fence can be fitted for an additional charge — from IDR 400,000 per day — and because it is hired in for us we need at least a week's notice, so please ask when you book rather than on arrival. Children should be supervised around the pool at all times.
Breakfast is not included, but every villa has a fully equipped kitchen, and we keep bottled water, coffee and tea stocked. There are excellent warungs and restaurants within a few minutes' walk.
Yes — we will happily help you order through GoFood or GrabFood, and a private chef can be arranged if you would like to eat in.
Yes, IDR 30,000 per kilo with a 48-hour turnaround.
Massage and spa treatments in the villa, tours and day trips, and scooter or car rental. Just ask.
