Exceptional, friendly but respectful services from the entire staffs. Krisna is a wonderful host. You can get help and support since the staffs are pretty much always available. Little things like stocking enough food and drinks that we did not have to go for groceries for our 3 days stay, that make this a special place. Property is immaculate, clean, and lots of attention to details that make you feel comfortable. It has plenty of style and character. It's in a nice quiet alley with easy walk to places. The place is a no brainier if you already decided on Sanur as a base. One of the few memorable places and people that we have a chance to visit.

An amazing place in Bali with the best and most caring staff. The villa was spotless on arrival and was cleaned perfectly every single day, while towels, water bottles and other amenities were also replaced daily. We were greeted with large smiles, welcome drinks and refreshing towels and the staff always went the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Balinese massages can also be ordered and done in your private villa and helped us relax a great deal. It was truly a 5 star experience and we cannot wait to stay here during our next trip to Bali!

Our stay with Krisna and her team was AMAZING! The location and set-up of the villa was just what we needed. Plenty of comfort to spend the day at the villa and relax by the pool, but also a very easy walk to the beach and to nearby shops and restaurants. We walked almost everywhere (take a backpack to make groceries easy to carry). There are tons of great places to eat close, so we mostly ate out and none of the restaurants disappointed. But the service and friendliness was what really made staying here special. We were traveling for our honeymoon and were surprised at check-in by Krisna and her team with with a little mini celebration. Every time we came in and out by the front office there was a warm welcome and they made sure they could help however we needed. They even brought us festive cookies on Christmas day! Krisna and her team were what really made this a place I would recommend, i just cant say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone was!!

I literally have nothing bad to say about this. It is BEAUTIFUL and the location is EXCELLENT (2 mins to main road, 10 mins walk to beach). The staff are all incredibly genuine and helpful with VERY good restaurant recommendations (ask Dayu for breakfast places eg Bread Basket) and the villa is immaculate and breathtaking. I was sad to leave. One day I’d like to visit Bali again and when I do I will absolutely stay here once more.

Wow! What a villa! Krisna has put a great deal of thought into making her place spectacular. The photos don't do this beautiful slice of paradise justice. Krisna and her brilliant staff were welcoming, thoughtful and absolutely beautiful! If I could give more more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you Krisna and the wonderful staff for making our stay remarkable. We will be back! Also, the bikes were an awesome addition to help us avoid the Sanur heat!

Absolutely incredible experience staying at Krisna's place Kubu Gajah. Krisna and her wonderful team of staff treated us better than we could ever hope for, although these are private villas the service goes above and beyond that of a 5-star hotel. As we were visiting for our honeymoon we were surprised with a delicious tasting chocolate cake accompanied by a beautiful message, presented to us by the staff who also serenaded us with a song! As for the villa itself, the furnishings were so well thought out and very traditional. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a lovely feature, different to what we have previously experienced in Bali. Everything that could be required by guests is provided, along with a list of supplies to make your own breakfast, fruit and water bottles were replaced on a daily basis. The location was approximately 5 minutes walk from a peaceful area of Sanur beach and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and spas within walking distance. Overall, we could not recommend this villa enough and urge any future guests to book immediately, you will not be disappointed.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ich habe schon in vielen Häusern auf Bali gewohnt und dieses gehört eindeutig zu den besten. Die Unterkunft ist fast neu und sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch die Lage super. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

This place was amazing! The team were soo helpful. Would defo recommend staying here. Everything we wanted to do was close enough to walk and arranging anything else was super easy with the help of the team.

An absolutely amazing villa that is perfect for relaxation. It was much more spacious and comfortable than we were expecting, the photos don’t do it justice! The villa is very modern and has been thoughtfully decorated. The pool was absolutely amazing and was always extremely clean. Krisna and her staff were all extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent!

Our stay at Krisna’s villa was nothing short of magnificent. Right from the start the experience was great. Communication, arrival, stay and departure were 5 star. Upon arrival we were met by Krisna and her super friendly staff even after arriving at 10pm and then taken through the villa and even a complimentary juice. The villa ticked every box modern, stylish and homely, with beautiful local furniture and art throughout with brand new ammenities to suit. Krisna was super helpful in sorting a day tour for us, from organising a driver to ideas on where to go visit and even where a good meal can be had. If Sanur is you destination in Bali you must look at staying at one of Krisna’s beautiful new villas you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful property situated in a quiet back street yet only a couple of minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Wonderful host and very friendly staff that can’t do enough for you. The property is very modern and is tastefully decorated throughout with lots of Balinese art etc. The main bathroom leads out to a hot tub on a full width balcony and there is a good size pool and sun loungers on the ground floor. Fitted Kitchen with big lounge area and outside shower to the rear. We loved this place and will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.
