受付のトニーさんが本当に親切にしてくれました。部屋のプールも最高で子供たちが大喜びでした。毎日家族分のペットボトルの水をくれたのはとても助かりました。近くに洗濯屋さんがあり、とても便利でした。でも日曜日は休みなので注意です。

Great place even better then the photos.

Wir hatten die Freude in dieser wundervollen Villa zu Gast zu sein. Die Villa befindet sich nicht weit vom Strand und Restaurants entfernt. Das Personal ist Super freundlich und immer Hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen können es also sehr Weiter empfehlen.

Ce logement est parfait. La piscine est plus grande que sur les photos, la villa aussi! Très agréable surprise à l’arrivée. En toute intimité, zéro vis à vis des autres sur notre piscine/villa et pas de vis à vis sur celles des autres non plus. On a l’impression d’être seuls! Tous les gens qui travaillent pour les villas, sont hyper gentils, sont tout le temps disponibles et nous veulent tout faire pour qu’on se sente bien. Allez y!

Really loved our stay at Kubu Gajah villas. The villa is part of a complex of 6, with staff out the front from 7am-10pm who are so lovely and helpful with any questions. They were so awesome with our toddler. Villa cleaned everyday at time of your choosing and there’s a laundry service across the road. Free bikes to use to ride alone the beach or up to Icon mall. Walking distance to arta sedana supermarket and paradise gym. We have stayed in lots of villas across Bali over the years and this was one of the better ones!

What an amazing place to stay! Very clean, private and quiet. Close walk to all things cool in that area, close to beach, shops and restaurants. We LOVED having our own villa with a private pool...they made a focus on ensuring it was quiet, loved that. I have zero things to complain about and could write so many more things that are positive...we absolutely loved our stay here! Special shout out to my main man Tony, the front office manager, and the entire team. They were all so accommodating and helpful. 100% recommend staying here!!

Lovely stay!

L’alloggio è bellissimo. Non si ha nessun rapporto con il proprietario, ma solo con gli impiegati. È come essere in un residence. La casa è meravigliosa, ma ha delle piccole pecche. Per esempio, abbiamo dovuto dormire con i tappi perché ogni 5 minuti un motorino(forse della casa vicina) partiva e ci svegliava. Oppure i gas non rimanevano accesi. L’unica spina libera nel living non funzionava. La piscina è bellissima e la posizione tranquilla. Non c’è flessibilità con gli orari di ingresso.

The communication was great, we also did choose an Aiport pickup to the Place. The House was like in the Photos (when it was new), there are some fixes that could be done, some even with the right cleaning. All in all it was nice to stay, the staff was always friendly and helpful. The Price per night could be 20-30USD less.

Un séjour agréable sur Sanur Positive: Fonctionnalité du logement, l’emplacement et le personnel à l’écoute. Negative: Un petit coup de rafraîchissement ne ferait pas de mal, la description non correcte (il était indiqué une machina à laver mais il n’y en avait pas), quelques équipements manquants comme un étendoir, un décapsuleur, un poubelle dans la salle de bas du bas, des brosses pour nettoyer les toilettes.
