The staff were really friendly & went out of their way to make us feel welcome & ensure we had a great time. The villa, private pool & private gardens were so relaxing. The spa bath on the upstairs balcony was so private & refreshing. We had a great time. Thank you for having us.
Tony at reception always welcomed us with a gorgeous happy smile and was very helpful! It was in a peaceful location not too far from the main road. It is a little bit of a walk to get to the beach with young kids but still do able. This villa had everything you could need! We would definitely happily stay again.
We stayed for 4 weeks in June with two young children. The pool was definitely the high light of our stay. Pool temp was perfect and very clean and the chlorine was balanced too. Two story villa with a solid wood stars that lead up to the master room. We built a baby gate as soon as we arrived to stop our nearly 2 year old climbing the stairs worked really well. The aircon worked perfectly to keep the temp inside upstairs and down for a comfortable stay. We decided not to use a pool gate as we kept the ranch sliders closed wanting to keep the villa cooler anyway. Also have to note that the cot and black out curtains were great if you have young children napping in the day. The staff are always warm and caring and happy to help out for literally anything. Special mention to Tony as he was always making you smile and feel completely comfortable. The photos do need to be updated on to what the villa actually looks like now. The Villa needs some TLC Linen & Towels need replacing.

Beautiful property, great pool and fabulous staff. Positive: The location was good, easy walking distances to some restaurants. It was also nice and quiet. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The villa itself was beautifully appointed, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Negative: It was difficult to amend my booking from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom once booked as it was pre-paid. However the Manager fixed this up on my arrival and only charged me for single occupancy and advised Booking.com to refund me some money.

Prachtige comfortabele villa met privé zwembad Positive: Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam. De villa is compleet uitgerust met wat je je wensen kan. Heerlijke bedden en kussens en ook in de woonkamer een airco. Alle airco's waren stil en schoon. Goede koelkast en douches. Ruime slaapkamers. Rustige ligging en slechts een korte wandeling naar de winkelstraat en strand. Negative: Het zou geen overbodige luxe zijn een watercontainer voor drinkwater te plaatsen. Nu loop je met flessen te tillen. Het chloorgehalte van het zwembad was een beetje hoog waardoor je huidirritatie kreeg. En het sanitair mag wel wat schoner. Verder een heerlijke tijd gehad.
The property was beautiful, spacious, and located in an excellent area. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant, which added to the experience. However, I couldn’t give it a 5-star rating due to some cleanliness issues. Many of the linens were stained, the towels lacked a fresh scent, and the shower floors could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. Additionally, the walls showed signs of stains and patchwork and the balcony floors were uneven due to some of it being broken, which detracted from the overall impression. I enjoyed waking up to the beautiful greenery and the sound of chirping birds overlooking the pool.
Lovely private villa with gorgeous in-ground pool and homely furnishings. Very safe and secure and great little kitchen. Our only concern was the upstairs wooden deck where some of the boards were rotten and one gave way when stepping on it.
Stayed here with my husband and toddler. Location is good, staff are friendly and helpful, great pool. As another review has said, the towels need a refresh. They are quite old and worn. I’d say the same for the bed sheets too. We also found the kitchen had ants and cooking equipment could have been better. The hot tub takes more time to fill than you’ll spend in it, so plan ahead! Big plus was the bedroom upstairs has great block out curtains and the bed is super comfy. There is Netflix which we also appreciated!
We stayed at Villa kacek in Kubu Gaja Villas. Communicating with Krisna weas hit and miss, with one response coming through months after my enquiry. on the day before I sent a request and had to message a second time asking for a response. The villas were clean and the onsite staff were very good. Inside I was shocked to find that the sinks in the ensuites had no hot water, only cold. Not much fun trying to shave with cold water. In the kitchen, there were no hand towels or a tea towel to dry dishes. The cleaning staff used a very worn rag to dry the dishes one day, we didn't let them back in after that. The villa was very nice, spacious and well furnished, with a lovely pool that only sees the sun between 10-3pm, so it can be a bit cool, though overall was OK. The pool is very private and the villas are in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach
Travelled with my partner and toddler. We had a pleasant stay at this villa in Sanur. The traditional character adds to its charm, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with the beach, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance, yet it's still quiet despite being close to the main road. Families will find the provided cot and high chair useful. Just note that the outdoor spa bath takes a while to fill. Overall, a nice spot for a relaxing stay.
