Excellent staff, relaxed vibe, great location Positive: Perfectly situated in the heart of Sanur
People there were extremely sweet and nice; always helpful and right on time with everything. However, the cleaning is not that good. The downstairs bathroom is too beautiful to be kept with mold and dirt. Overall, great location and people, cleaning could be better!
The staff were fantastic - they provided excellent, friendly service and immediately addressed the few issues that arose - nothing was too much trouble. Some of the bedding could be upgraded. The driveway definitely needs attention - difficult to walk on especially at night. Regardless, we will be back next year for a longer stay - great location and overall, one of the best places I have stayed in over 40 years of going to Bali. Sanur is quiet but with everything you need within a very short distance.
The villa was perfect for our stay. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Very private and quiet, a perfect retreat from the busy road. The villa staff were welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We are hoping to return next time we’re in Sanur.

Krisnas AirBnB liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, aber sehr zentral. Alles ist leicht fußläufig zu erreichen und dass Personal ist freundlich und gibt gerne hilfreiche Tipps. Die Villa, die wir hatten (Villa Legong) ist großzügig auf zwei Stockwerken angelegt und bietet reichlich Platz.Sie wird täglich gereinigt, es sei denn, es ist seitens der Gäste nicht gewünscht. Der Pool ist ca. 6 Meter lang und ca. 3 Meter breit - wir haben täglich gerne unsere Bahnen gezogen. WLAN funktioniert in der Regel einwandfrei und jede Villa hat einen eigenen Zugang. Es gibt täglich frisches Trinkwasser. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, wie konstruktiv bei auftretenden Problemen gehandelt wurde. Es wurde sehr schnell nach Lösungen gesucht, diese realisiert oder passende Alternativen angeboten. Was verbessert werden könnte, sind einige wichtige Informationen für die Gäste: genauere Anfahrtsbeschreibung, Funktionsweisen der technischen Ausstattung, tägliche Serviceleistungen. Wir kommen wieder!!!
I had a very nice stay. Bed was super comfortable and bikes made it very easy to get around.
Everything was just like expected and more. Yoga and the guys at the front desk were amazing, always really helpful. The location was excellent also. Would highly recommend this place.
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very kind and helpful. The villa is peaceful and beautiful. The pool is very good and great for cooling down after exploring Bali, but still warm enough to easily swim.
Great location, lovely villa and outstanding staff
We had a wonderful stay, the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a quiet location and an easy and safe to walk to shops and restaurants. The cleaning is available every day. The pool is perfect. Surrounding gardens spectacular.
