Prachtige comfortabele villa met privé zwembad Positive: Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam. De villa is compleet uitgerust met wat je je wensen kan. Heerlijke bedden en kussens en ook in de woonkamer een airco. Alle airco's waren stil en schoon. Goede koelkast en douches. Ruime slaapkamers. Rustige ligging en slechts een korte wandeling naar de winkelstraat en strand. Negative: Het zou geen overbodige luxe zijn een watercontainer voor drinkwater te plaatsen. Nu loop je met flessen te tillen. Het chloorgehalte van het zwembad was een beetje hoog waardoor je huidirritatie kreeg. En het sanitair mag wel wat schoner. Verder een heerlijke tijd gehad.

We had a wonderful stay at Krisna’s place. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the spa and the comfortable bed. The staff, especially Tony and Yoga, were very friendly and always willing to help. This peaceful villa was within walking to some cafes and restaurants, a short walk to the beach and there were bicycles to use if you wanted to venture further. Overall, we would totally recommend this villa for a great holiday stay in Sanur.

check in with Tony was so easy. he was so helpful and friendly. we made good use of the free push bikes, loved the close laundry service. the villa is in the perfect location to many restaurants and beach. can't wait to come back.

We recently stayed at this villa in Bali and had a really nice time. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — plenty of space to relax, and even early morning sunbathing was a treat. Each room came with its own air conditioning, fan, and multiple lighting options, plus fast Wi-Fi, hot water, a great shower, and an outdoor jacuzzi - all worked perfectly. One of the highlights was definitely Tony, our host. He was always nearby, courteous, and ready to help whenever we needed it. We had multiple nice conversations. He even recommended a fantastic local restaurant that we ended up loving. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our experience. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift waiting in the fridge—it was a small touch that made us feel right at home. The villa’s location is really convenient too, with several beaches, shopping centers, exchange offices, and restaurants just a short distance away. Villa is perfect and we are coming here again ❤️🙌

We enjoyed our stay. The location was very close to everything and the facilities had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. The road leading to the Villas was not lit at night so need to use torches. Everyone in the on site office was very helpful and tried to help us with whatever we requested. While the Villa has the same furniture and soft furnishings as in the photos the condition of the sofas, chair coverings etc was all very marked and stained. They could all do with being cleaned or replaced. Some walls had large patches where damp has previously come through. The towels were clean but were stained. Bedding and pillows were good. The pool also had large patches of tiles missing. The showers had very mouldy sealant and were not well cleaned. We mentioned these issues to the office on the second day but didn’t hear anything back from the supervisor as advised. Overall we had a lovely time but it is definitely in need of maintenance.

The apartment is massive and really beautiful. I felt immediately at home and the staff are extremely welcoming. The apartment could have been a lot cleaner with stained shower screens, windows in the bath room, major dust under most pieces of furniture and a little mould on some kitchen equipment hidden under the sink. None of the sockets on the kitchen counter were working and I had to get them to run an extension cable so I could use the hidden bits of equipment. They knew these were not working and could have just told me rather than me bringing it to their attention. I feel Krisna may be being let down by these, well meaning, but often in effective 'managers'. A quick note to say Sanur had experienced extremely heavy rainfall for over a month so the issues in the apartment were somewhat out of Krisna's control. I would however recommend the apartments (as long as some issues are fixed) due to them looking great, in a great location and well priced.

We really enjoyed our stay during our time in Sanur, the villa was more more spacious than I anticipated. The villa is over 2 levels with the bedroom with the 2 x single beds in the lower level, and the master bedroom upstairs, both bedrooms had bathrooms off them which was great. I really liked the location, it was pretty quiet of an evening time, with plenty of restaurants within walking and cycling distance. The villa provided free bicycle hire for guests which we used often, and found them to be really handy to get around. I would definitely stay at the villa again if I stayed in Sanur, and will recommend to my friends and family. The staff were incredibly friendly, and always there to help if needed.
