Will stay here again Positive: Everything

My family, two adults and two teenagers, spent 9 nights in Villa Legong of the Kubu Gajah Villas. Value for money is very good. The Villa is spacious and its location is ideal, located in a small back street. Shops and restraunts a 500 meter walk or a AU$3 Taxi ride away. Its location is very peaceful, there is no traffic noise, only the occasional plane flying overhead and the birds. The Villa also has free bicycle hire (bicycles have baskets) which made visiting the local shopping centre (Arta Sedana) a breeze. Tony, Yoga and the rest of the Villa staff were very friendly and always helpful, checking what we needed for the Villa every morning when we left, and greeting us every time we arrived home. Amazing pool, no better way of cooling off after a hot, humid day sightseeing. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning is cold and kitchen well equipped. Villa Legong is showing some wear since the photos were taken however, this did not impact on our stay or detract from our experience.

Thank you to Krisna and her team for making us feel right at home during our stay in her beautiful property. Everthing from the moment we booked until check out was 5 star and responsive. Highly recommend to any one visiting Bali and wanting to stay in Sanur!

Great place let down by noisy room Positive: Location Negative: Water pump behind villa was really noisy all night on a 30 sec timer meant I could not sleep and had to sleep in the twin too downstairs a real shame

We have absolutely zero complaints about our stay! The accommodations were exactly as pictured and the staff were outstanding. We enjoyed having the privacy of our own pool and so much space to relax. The decor was lovely w local touches - we felt so happy in our temporary home away from home. We loved the location, easy walk to beach, restaurants and plenty of things to do. We explored Bali and little and found Sanur to be the perfect combo of plenty to do without being overwhelming (we noticed Ubud was VERY busy w traffic & people) which was perfect for us as a family traveling w a small child. Highly recommend these accommodations!

Very good communication with Krisna and her team. Special thanks to Tony, and his colleagues (who are present everyday, until 10 pm)! They were always at our service, with smiles, making sure that we didn't need anything. A cleaning of the villa is done everyday. The location is perfect to discover Sanur (walking/cycling) and/or farther locations (e.g. with taxis).

전반적으로 깔끔한 빌라였습니다. 지어진 지 얼마 안된것 같은데 보수는 어느정도 필요해보였지만 지내는데 문제있을 정도는 아니었습니다. 체크인시간보다 일찍도착해서 짐을 맡길 수 있냐는 질문에 빠른 답변이 왔고 정확한 정보를 알려줘서 좋았습니다. 프론트의 Tony가 매우 친절해서 편하게 머물다 갑니다. 풀이 있어 수영하기 좋았고 자쿠지가 있어 저녁에 편안하데 휴식할 수 있었습니다. 매일 물도 인원수만큼 준비해줘서 좋았고 식기도 깔끔했습니다. 가족여행 잘 머물다 갑니다🙏

Great location. Responsive host and great check in with Tony. Tony and other reception based staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean property. Some titivation and slight repairs needed of decking and garden based furniture. Five minutes to walk to shops and restaurants, beach slightly further. Thank you for making us so welcome.
