Krisna made us feel welcome from the moment we booked. She met us at check in, where her and her staff walked us through the villa. The staff were available at all hours for our every need. At checkout we were met by Krisna and staff who all thanked us for staying with them. The villa was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic. The villa is close walking distance to the beach. Would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone.
The place was awesome, i had booked it for our anniversary and it was so sweet of Krisna to surprise us with a cake. I jad requested for a floating breakfast and Krisna and her team had set up a perfect one. I can confidently say it was the best villa i had stayed in so far. Thanks to Krisna for making it a very memorable experience for my husband and I. Would love to go back again and stay longer.

What a wonderful place to have a relaxing getaway! The villa looks just like on the pictures if not better. It’s very spacious and having two separate bathrooms far from each other also gave comfort and privacy. The bed was very comfortable and the place is equipped with everything you need to make breakfast. Krisna and her team are so friendly and make you feel like you’re a part of the big family. We were pleasantly surprised with a birthday cake and a whole team singing Happy birthday song. The team were very helpful and accomodating. This is a highly recommended place to stay! It’s a bit of a walk to the restaurants along the beach and the supermarket as the villa is located on a quiet street off the main road. However, we really enjoyed those walks and being away from noise . Bicycles are provided and are very popular to ride along the beach. We’re hoping to come back as this place really made an impression on us!
This place is a gem nestled in the hip town of Sanur. The place would actually feel like a super upscale resort with all the amenities present and a private pool that would beat any villa across Bali. The host Krisna is just the cherry on top with her friendly demeanour and the way she cares for the guests. Can’t recommend this place enough. 5 stars and beyond.
5+ star villa with hotel service Beautiful villa in the heart of Sanur. Full privacy and quiet during the night. The villa is well equipped in every way possible. And if you need something extra Krisna and her team will make sure everything is up to their high standards. Everyday fresh fruit and water is provided and the villa will be cleaned at your convenience. Also laundry service is available. Location is at walking distance from the center of Sanur. Bicycles are available free of charge. There’s also enough off-street parking space for cars and motorbikes on the premises. Krisna and her staff make you feel very welcome and the extra service makes this a 5+ stars AirBnb! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Sanur.
I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay here. The villa was stunning with all amenities you could think of. Our host was so kind and made us feel like home! My biggest regret of our vacation was not staying here longer
Ich kann diese Villa sehr empfehlen! Diese Unterkunft war das Highlight unserer 2 wöchigen Bali Reise. Wir haben es direkt bereut nur 2 Nächte in dieser Villa gebucht zu haben, weil sie so so schön war! Ich kann den anderen Rezensionen nur zustimmen: diese Unterkunft war einfach perfekt! Alles war sehr gepflegt und so sauber, dass man anfangs schon fast Angst hatte etwas anzufassen oder sogar zu kochen. Etwas, womit wir nicht gerechnet haben: man hat täglich frisches Obst und neue Wasserflaschen bekommen. Auch am ersten Tag wurde der Kühlschrank mit 4 Eiern, Joghurt, Marmelade und etlichen Getränken (von Cola zu Bier) aufgefüllt. Toast wurde auch bereitgestellt. So hatte man schon etwas im Kühlschrank um die ersten Tage Frühstück zuzubereiten. Die Lage war auch optimal. Zu Fuß konnte man innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten bei den nächsten Restaurants sein. Falls einem das zu lange ist kann man auch problemlos ein Fahrrad kostenlos ausleihen. Nicht nur Krisna, sondern auch die Servicekraft war so liebevoll und hat uns herzlich mit offenen Armen empfangen. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Tage dort und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
We loved this place, krisna and staff were excellent, the villa is spectacular, perfectly clean and fantastic pool, the bed super comfy, centrally located and close to beach, looking forward to coming back.
We’ve just come back from a relaxing week staying at Kubu Gajah villas. The villa itself is great - spacious, comfortable, clean and private. Fresh fruit and bottled water is supplied daily, and the place was stocked with eggs, bacon, yoghurt, bread and drinks for our arrival. Krisna insisted on meeting us on arrival and was such a gracious host. The location is perfect - off the main road, but just a short walk away, so close to plenty of great restaurants, and just a little further from the beach (still just a short walk away). Krisna and her team were always very friendly and helpful, quick to answer questions and offer suggestions for what to do. Sanur itself is lovely, if you’re looking for a place to enjoy Bali without the intensity of Kuta/Seminyak this is it - yet if you want a night out Seminyak is easily accessible by cab (about 40 minutes and AUD$10 depending on time of day) Would not hesitate at all to recommend - we’ll be back next time we’re in Bali!
Krisna and her team were perfect hosts ! Krisna is such a lovely person, she did everything to welcome us and make us feel like home. Everytime we had a question or we needed something, she was reachable right away. When we arrived to the airport she sent someone to pick us up so we didn’t have to worry about it. She also offers services as massages, excursions... for an extra cost if you need it. Regarding the villa, it was perfect in every way. It was exactly as shown on the photos, very spacious, clean (someone is coming to clean it everyday if needed), and decorated with taste. There is everything you need in daily life (towel, soap, cooking tools, books, a/c... they also give you water and fresh fruits everyday). The pool is big and beautiful, the only thing we regretted about it : there was sun only in the morning so it was a little cold but not a really big deal. The location is also really good, near to the beach (even if it’s not the best one), various really good restaurants, gift shops, convenience stores.. if you want to go a little bit further than around the villa, Krisna provides bikes or her team can help you rent a motorbike. We really enjoyed our stay there, and would like to stay even more time ! We recommend it x100, you can go with closed eyes !
